ATC 2006

Give me a bed anytime now and I will fall asleep in front of u immediately. I'm so very sleepy!!!

Was at Hai Sing St John Annual Training Camp since last Friday, till ytd. The meeting of my 88 batch juniors were fun filled as usual, they had juz finished their A levels and starting the life of slackers till they get themself planted in jobs. This year's trainees weren't extremely funny or interesting.

Most stoners......... Or perhaps they were juz too freaked out by the camp officers.

As i stood in the sun with them, run with them, I realized it was really tough. (But it shouldn't be an excuse to be lacking in discipline) Suddenly, I could no longer recall my life as a trainee. Time seems to pass so fast. Sec 1 was like...... ..... 9 freaking years ago. Den I was *toot* like nothing. Beyond imagination and you shouldn't even try to imagine. Kekez...

My diet and exercise plan fell through totally. Specially brought my Biotherm slimming gel to utilise for the PT sessions and endurance hike. It so turned out that I missed PT (becoz i was lazy) and Endurance Hike (becoz i had to stay back in school to accompany a female trainee who wasn't feeling well). Poor gal, but I TELL U, she one of the more passionate Sec 1s i've seen. I would have loved to walk the treetop walk, but well, it wasn't meant to be. Next time!

I took many photos, maybe when i get my hands on them, i'll post it here. All those narcissistic photos Diya and I forced SNC to take. Hehez...

This year's position in camp was Discipline Officer. It is a natural hate-able post. Trainees dun like u coz u are placed there to decide punishment for them and to obtain good discipline standards, we had to scold them the most. I've mellowed down alot, no kidding, ALOT. I no longer cannot find much excuses to scold them anymore. Even inspection of area cleaning was a quiet affair. I noe they dun like me becoz during Triage, 1 female trainee sincerely, earnestly ask the NCO whether they can cover my mouth. I was shouting becoz i was supposed to be suffering from closed shin bone fracture. Obviously, being unable to cover my mouth, i continued shouting 'Help Me' (Mermaid Hairianto style) before 1 Sec 1 male trainee said ' Ma'am, even if you shout, nobody is going to help you.' I was like......duh.......I thot i was in a Triage and I supposed you are the first-aider *roll-eyes* <-- Fave activity of some.

BBQ was fun although there was a light drizzle caused by Weiwen washing his car. There were performances by all. Trainees, NCO, Senior NCOs, Junior Officer and Officers (we were obviously sabotaged). After much discussion, we decided to act out the outrageous stuff the trainees did and said during the Triage. They couldn't understand, becoz onli the seniors were laughing, they much have thot we were doing some demo of First Aid........ *roll my eyes yet again*

Guess photos would speak better, but that can wait. I have so many things stacked in my TO DO list that it's bursting at its seams. In the meantime, enjoy! =)
